Summary: We Post is a managed social media service for local businesses. We create and publish social media content on your behalf on a monthly subscription basis. You retain full ownership of your accounts. You can cancel anytime and service continues through the end of your billing period. We are governed by the laws of Massachusetts.
By accessing or using We Post ("Service"), operated by We Post LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
We Post is a managed social media service for local businesses. We create, schedule, and publish social media content on your behalf across platforms you authorize, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
3. Account and Access
To use the Service, you must:
- Provide accurate business and contact information
- Connect your social media accounts through our authorized platform partner
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Social Media Account Access
By connecting your social media accounts, you grant We Post permission to:
- Create and publish content on your authorized platforms
- Access analytics and performance data for your accounts
- Schedule posts at times we determine will maximize engagement
You retain full ownership of your social media accounts. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting your accounts or canceling your subscription.
5. Content
We Post generates and publishes content on your behalf. While we strive to create content that accurately represents your business:
- You are ultimately responsible for all content published to your accounts
- You should review content when possible and notify us of any concerns
- We will make reasonable efforts to align content with your brand guidelines and preferences
- We reserve the right to decline to post content that violates platform policies or applicable law
6. Subscription and Billing
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the applicable monthly fee for your selected plan
- Automatic recurring billing unless you cancel before the next billing cycle
- Pricing changes with 30 days written notice

7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Service continues through the end of your current billing period
- Scheduled posts may still be published during this period
- Your social media account connections will be disconnected
- We will not delete any content already published to your accounts
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
- Misrepresent your business or engage in deceptive practices
- Violate any social media platform's terms of service
- Distribute spam or unsolicited commercial messages
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, We Post and We Post LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless We Post, We Post LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, engagement levels, follower growth, or business outcomes from the Service.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
